As part of Tyco Fire Protection Product’s commitment to improve training support across the EMEA region for fire detection, during the first six months of the year we have launched two new TechXchange training academies. The first one was launched in Madrid at the end of March and the second one was launched in February in Dubai.
Our academies are the ideal way to share our industry leading expertise and help people get up to speed with the latest training courses. We have a full schedule of training programmes throughout the remainder of 2014, including technical, educational theoretical and hands‐on sessions for our Sprinklers, Sprinkler Alarm Valves, Gaseous Suppression Systems, Restaurant Fire Suppression Systems, Fire Detection and Alarm range and Care Communications.
Some of the capabilities that the Madrid and Dubai training facilities offer, include:
- Conference room also facilitating Detection and Care Communication hands-on capability
- Sprinkler, Suppression &, Foam hands-on training room
- Cold Spray Demonstration capabilities for Sprinklers, Nozzles and Low Pressure Watermist
- Many different courses available
Both facilities are part of our EMEA Training Strategy where we are aiming to be closer to our customers and serve them with training and education to improve fire protection knowledge within the industry and ensure that our systems are designed, installed and maintained according to Tyco standards. Other TechXchange academies in EMEA are located in Enschede, Goteborg and Manchester.
